Since his retirement from Louisiana State Penitentiary, Burl Cain has assisted correctional facilities across 15 different states by reducing violence in many areas through moral rehabilitative programming.

evaluation

Travel to the facility and evaluate physical structure, management and security operations, intake procedures and evaluation, quality and completeness of care and provision, visitation opportunities and protocol, and discharge or release procedures. We use this evaluation to assess the status of the facility.

plan of action

Use our assessment to form a plan of action to achieve improved facility operations. This may include detailing the steps necessary to achieve and maintain ACA accreditation status for the facility.

maintenance

Assist the facility or system in following through with the plan of action. This may include steps such as establishing training guidelines for all levels of correctional staff tailored to the specific conditions of the facility and guidelines for improving mental health assessment and treatment.
